The Kinderwelt acclimatization concept is based on the Berlin acclimatization model. There is a process for acclimatization, but it is specifically adapted for each child and family. This allows the number of days or the duration of attendance to be shortened or extended.
If you have chosen the Kinderwelt, you should start about 4 weeks for acclimatization Plan your child. These should definitely be before your work begins. During this time, your families and educators are slowly getting to know each other. This means that your child will only be accompanied by a parent for about one to two hours in the first few days. Slowly, the duration of the stay is increased and at the same time the presence of the parent is shortened until your child remains alone in the nursery. The duration of the settling-in depends on your child individually.
Therefore, a period of acclimatization of 4-6 weeks is only an orientation that can vary from family to family.
